Here is a creative way to get your child to eat vegetables. It is salt free and can be fat-free depending on the cottage cheese used. Send your child to school with a bag of their favorite vegetables and they are good to go!
- 4 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
|Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Transfer the dip to portion size containers and refrigerate overnight|
|Serve with carrots, celery or any raw vegetables.|
